Congratulations and welcome to the world of P.A.I. (physical activity intelligence) a platform designed to tailor itself to your personal effort level in order to challenge you to go further and exceed it.

 

PAI was created and validated in the largest study of mankind, to date! It was implemented in Norway and followed the lives of 39,000 people for an average of about 26 years. Researchers developed the PAI formula based on a subset of about 4,600 of the participants and then tested it on data from the entire group to confirm these numbers:

  1. People who reached the weekly goal of AVG 100 points were about 20% less likely to die of heart disease compared to those who didn’t reach that goal.
  2. Having a PAI score under 100 was linked to a shorter life — 4 years for women / 6 years for men
  3. Reaching a avg PAI score of even just 50 yielded around 60% of the associated benefits

The goal is universal: to hit an average score to get to 100 and then hit an average score of 100 for the course of it each week. You may find that once you have 100 PAI avg it’s hard to keep yourself there. This is the nature of life. You reach new destinations and create new breakthroughs. Just like with life, you’ll have to find creative methods and ways in order to breakthrough plateaus!

This watch is compatible with every smart phone device and platform.

It requires Accurofit software app.

To set it up follow these simple instructions:

DL app.

Sign up.

Confirm email.

Sign in.

Select MORE on bottom right of app dashboard

Select ADD NEW HEART DEVICE.

Select SLICE (make sure bluetooth is on and follow prompts)

Press main button on your slice.

Click DON”T allow if you wish to not have your notifications and texts alerting you.

Once paired, last thing is to update firmware in the MORE section. NEEDS 70% battery life or will lock up.

DASHBOARD EXPLAINED

On your exercise MAIN dash you’ll see3 circles on left and 1 big one on right

TOP: daily calories. MIDDLE avg weekly PAI. BOTTOM: daily PAI. MAIN: daily intensity based on % of max heart rate.

To view daily details you can toggle over to that layout by swiping left or selecting daily details upper right
