As defined in the american dictionary: A CHALLENGE is “something new and difficult which requires great effort and determination” yet yields rewarding results!
And this challenge will be no exception to that. Which is we want to make sure each and every participant is willing to really give it their all during these next several weeks.
 
That being said, this is your opportunity to make a declaration to take part in what might become the adventure of a lifetime.
If after reading this you feel that you are not ready or not willing to set aside all the time that is required, that is totally fine and I thank you for your honesty. Our lives are a lot, and I recognize not everyone will vibe with this at the exact time that it’s offered to them. But I do invite you to challenge yourself. Growth comes from pushing outside of our comfort zones.

WELCOME TO YOUR 21 DAY CHALLENGE 
Welcome to your 21 Day Challenge! This is a sample course of an 8 week challenge I will be hosting in January 2025.
If you are blown away by this challenge, I’d love for you to join me for that, but no pressure!
Here’s how the program works:
DISCIPLINE
Each day I will be offering a different 5 minute meditation practice and transformation task for you to try. My intention in doing so is to expose you to a ton of different techniques so that you will ultimately find what works best for you and implement them into your daily discipline routines. If you already have a meditation practice, I’d invite you to start it with the 5 minute one that is offered for that day. I will also be hosting a live virtual version of the meditation each day at 6:30am on my new instagram @bands.and.body which will be also recorded and uploaded at a later time for you to view at your leisure.
In addition to that, you will also be responsible for completing a 20 minute or more workout of your choice each day.
I will also be hosting live(715am) and virtual(9am) Resistance Band workouts, as well as allowing access to my video library with a variety of full-body Workouts.
NUTRITION
During the challenge I will also be hosting a weekly nutrition discussion with Q & A Monday’s @ 5pm for those who wish to incorporate that as part of their practice. The approach we will be using stems directly from my new book “The Disguise-it Diet” which is based around how adding more Nutrient Diversity (or in other words: how simply ADDING more vitamins and minerals into your diet by way of fruits, veggies, grains, beans, nuts, and seeds can unlock chemicals in the brain to sky rocket energy levels, inspire creativity, boost intellect, and tone and tighten your entire body)
ACCOUNTABILITY
Which brings me to the final key element: Accountability. After completing each assignment you will confirm that you have done so by posting in the group chat: MEDITATION COMPLETED, TASK COMPLETED, AND WORKOUT COMPLETED. Feel free to also post pics and comment on others as well. REMEMBER this is a shame free zone AND only POSITIVE comments are promoted here.
Don’t expect to do everything perfectly. Not to say that you can’t or won’t, but just knowing that no one is perfect and life is full of uncertainty allows space for flexibility. There will be obstacles and interruptions along the way, but the difference this time is that you’ll have the support of a personal coach and an entire community of like-minded people. At the conclusion of this challenge I hope that you see how profound the power of a group can be!
WHAT IF I MISS A DAY??
If you do miss a day, you will be kicked out of the group and banished from the program completely. I’m KIDDING!! Life happens and sometimes plans don’t go exactly as planned. But we simply dust ourselves off and get back on the horse and keep on riding into the sunset. Btw horse-riding would not count as a workout! If for some reason you miss a day, you just double up on the following day. No biggie! Just don’t let yourself fall off and stay down completely because you’ll eventually get trampled by that horse. Ok enough horse analogies! All this talk about horses is making me hungry so I’m going to hang up now and make myself a horse sandwich and bid you adieu. Yeah that would be gross and also just sad. Anyways if no one has told you yet today: I love you, keep going. And you’re amazing!
